As a registered social enterprise in the UK and Ghana, we bridge global perspectives with local relevance, preparing and strengthening minds for a connected world.
We specialise in supporting learners at any stage of their business journey. Whether they have an idea, are already running a business, or have never considered entrepreneurship before, these courses provide a valuable opportunity for personal development and building confidence and competence in the world of business and work.

Founded by Lizzy Lambie, a passionate advocate with over two decades of experience in youth development, community building, Edtech and enterprise, rant.academy stands as a beacon for transformative education.
Founded by a mother of four children with 20 years experience of working in various capacities with young people and communities, up-skilling and supporting them in education, enterprise and employment.
The name RANT is an acronym of the first letters of each of her four children’s names, and as a brand it aims to serve as a tool for young people to explore, and express their individuality towards success.
