20+ Years of Impact: Guiding Youth in Business, Creativity & Community

Having over 20 years of experience working with young people and communities in various capacities, including education, business start-ups and within the tech and creative industries, rant.academy has been born.

As a registered social enterprise in the UK and Ghana, we bridge global perspectives with local relevance, preparing and strengthening minds for a connected world.

We specialise in supporting learners at any stage of their business journey. Whether they have an idea, are already running a business, or have never considered entrepreneurship before, these courses provide a valuable opportunity for personal development and building confidence and competence in the world of business and work.

Our Vision Statement

We envision a world where people think for themselves, communicate with clarity, and approach challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit. Rant Academy exists to help individuals and institutions build confidence, creativity, and resilience through learning that is grounded in real life and driven by human connection.

Our Mission Statement

Rant Academy serves individuals, groups, and organisations including governments, schools, universities, communities, and stakeholders who believe that mindset, communication, and human skills sit at the heart of progress. Our mission is to nurture entrepreneurial thinking, strong soft skills, and confident expression so people can create opportunity, lead with purpose, and make meaningful change in the world around them.

Our Core Values

  • Human Skills First: We believe skills like communication, empathy, adaptability, and critical thinking are essential to everyday life and meaningful leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: We encourage initiative, creativity, and responsibility. We teach people to recognise opportunity and take action wherever they are.
  • Bold Thinking: We value curiosity and courage. Growth begins by questioning assumptions and exploring new ways forward.
  • Confident Expression: Every voice has value. We help people develop the confidence to speak honestly, listen openly, and share ideas with impact.
  • Inclusive Impact: We work across communities, education, and public institutions because learning should be accessible and shared.
  • Learning for Life: Education should be practical and relevant. What we teach is designed to be used, not just remembered.
  • Continuous Growth: Learning does not have an endpoint. We believe growth is a lifelong mindset, not a phase or a title.

Who We Are

RANT Academy is an EdTech social enterprise founded by Lizzy Lambie, an experienced entrepreneur, programme director, and education leader with over 20 years’ experience across the creative industries, enterprise development, and youth education in the UK and internationally. Lizzy has led large-scale programmes with schools, universities, corporates, and public-sector partners, and currently directs multi-country enterprise and skills initiatives focused on inclusion, sustainability, and future-ready learning.

RANT Academy is supported by a multidisciplinary team of educators, entrepreneurs, technologists, and industry practitioners with real-world business experience. Together, we design and deliver practical, engaging programmes that combine enterprise education, digital skills, and sustainability. Our team brings expertise in business development, curriculum design, youth engagement, and social impact delivery, ensuring learners gain relevant, high-quality skills that translate into real opportunities.

Through a blended learning model that integrates edtech tools, mentorship, and hands-on projects, we empower young people and adults to turn ideas into action and build confident, purpose-driven futures.

rant.academy helped me discover strengths I didn’t even know I had. I used to doubt my ideas, but now I feel confident speaking up and sharing them. The teamwork and creativity lessons were my favorite — they showed me that being enterprising isn’t just about business, it’s about believing in yourself.
